Step Inside the Chutney Factory at The Drawing Room
The Drawing Room’s Community Studio is opening its doors for a very special event as part of the Bermondsey Festive Windows project — and everyone’s invited to take part!
On Saturday, 1pm–4pm, drop in any time to join The Chutney Factory, a playful, hands-on workshop where you can make your own drawings and collages for a new, factory-inspired window installation.
Led by artists Ishwari Bhalerao and Leonie Rousham (Kneed), this free community art project — Drawing Things Together — brings people of all ages together through storytelling, food, art, and printing. Your ideas, doodles, and recipes will be transformed into a real chutney and a zine, printed on the studio’s own Risograph printer.
So roll up your sleeves, step into the factory, and help create something deliciously Bermondsey!
