Founded in 2014 by Tom Gosnell, our journey began with a simple but radical idea—to take honey-based drinks out of the niche and into the mainstream. Inspired by the craft beer and mead scenes in the US, Tom wanted to create something fresher, lighter, and more accessible. The result? A brand-new category of sparkling, flavour-first Nectar that’s refreshing, 100% natural, gluten free and planet friendly.
Over the years, we’ve never stopped experimenting. From our classic Sparkling Raspberry Hibiscus Nectar to our latest Blueberry Velvet Nitro, we’re always pushing the boundaries of what honey-based drinks can be. Our ethos is rooted in sustainability, supporting pollinators, and ensuring our drinks are as kind to the planet as they are delicious.
Our Bermondsey bar is the home of all things Gosnells, offering the widest selection of our nectars alongside great snacks, free games, and an ever-evolving lineup of events. From the infamous crayfish cookouts with Crayfish Bob (selling out every week!), to themed quizzes like The Traitors finale viewing party and quiz, or our soon to come boozy Bermondsey Beer Mile brunches, there’s always something fun happening.
Just 20 minutes from London Bridge, our bar is the perfect spot for private events—with free weekday hire for birthdays, work dos, and festive parties.
