With over 30 years of experience as a community leader and business management consultant, Sunny has focused on business development, mentoring, and the empowerment of youth and women.
He has founded and supported a wide range of community initiatives, including the Black Labour Movement UK, Peckham Supplementary School, Southwark Youth Enterprise Project, and the Black Business Club.
From 1989 to 1994, Sunny served as the first elected union leader for part-time postal workers, successfully campaigning for improved working conditions—many of which were later enshrined in law.
Dedicated to inclusion and equity, Sunny is committed to ensuring no community or individual is left behind. He has received numerous awards in recognition of his contributions to community development and empowerment.
